Functional description and benefits:
Centrifugal screeners are used for the efficient control screening, fractioning and de-agglomeration of mealy and granular powders.
Rotating paddles generate centrifugal force, which presses the material on a stationary screen. Particles smaller than the screen mesh width surpass the screen, 

whereas particles sizes larger than the mesh width pass on to the rough’s outlet.
This device enables an easy and fast cleaning, since it can be dissambled without the use of any tools.
According to the specific product characteristics the 
screener can be realized in different sizes and with various design features.
The screeners are available with a dosing screw thread at the intake zone and a built-in bar-magnet grid for a pressure-rated 

design for the inline operation in pneumatic conveying systems.

Functional description and benefits:


All the system components are designed to meet the stringent hygiene requirements in the food industry.

Metal separators for bulk materials also can be integrated in horizontal, vertical, or inclined vacuum and pressure conveyor pipes. 

These separators are fully automatic in operation, and remove any magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles from bulk materials such as granulate, powder, or flour.
 
Metal detectors that are integrated in conveyor belt lines primarily are used for the incoming and outgoing inspection of 

packaged bulk materials and of individually packed materials. They can be combined with many types of customer-specific 

separating units (air blast nozzles, pusher, separating slides, ...). Complete systems – comprising conveyor belt, metal detector, 

and separating unit – guarantee highest operating reliability and detection accuracy.
