A sample is taken from each bulk delivery. A representative sample can be obtained from a full a delivery for quality control purposes.

Pressure relief valve
The eggs present in the flour are destroyed by the impact machine. This fan rotates and the eggs are broken in the flour.

Explosion panels
Is used to make castor sugar from granulated sugar (by grinding)
